How It All Began

Hey, I'm Pamela,

a former health insurance executive turned global medicine advocate.

I spent years behind the scenes, training brokers, auditing claims, and negotiating multimillion-dollar plans.
From the outside, it looked like success. But from the inside, I watched something heartbreaking: People paying more, getting less, and feeling worse every year.

The truth? Our system manages illnesses instead of creating health.

The Moment It All Changed:

When I was thirteen, my grandmother was sent home to die.
Doctors had exhausted every medication and said there was nothing left to try but my family refused to give up.

Out of desperation, she went to a small clinic in Tijuana and within weeks, she totally recovered. In fact, she lived fourteen more vibrant years.

That moment rewired how I saw medicine and years later, sitting in corporate boardrooms, I realized those same healing options, the ones that saved her life, were still invisible to most Americans, so I left the system and built the Health Genie to change that.
