You start with a simple assessment that asks general questions about your lifestyle, exercise habits, and health history.  Some “Yes” may generate a pop-up box that asks more questions that will dig in to the root cause.  (For example, is diabetes caused by insulin resistance or pancreas insufficiency?). Then you’ll have an opportunity to order an in-depth blood panel for less than half of the cost of normal testing.  If you have recent bloodwork, (within the last 3-5 months,) you can input your results manually.  This will ensure even more accuracy and tailored results.   

The next step is putting any medications you are currently taking. This will help help to avoid adverse reactions and food recommendations that could hinder your medications from working.  The Health Genie also knows the mechanism by which your medications work so that we can help avoid side effects, nutrient deficiencies, and other complications. 

Then the real magic happens and the Health Genie will create a few more custom questions just for you.  You may answer as many or as few of these questions as you choose.  We recommend 1-2 pages to help the Genie get to the best results for you.

Shortly after you complete the amazing assessment, a recommendation program will be created specifically for you which includes your health score, an overview of what you’re doing well, what could be hindering your health, which exact nutrients would be beneficial, specific toxins that are negatively impacting you and how to detox them, and what your major disease risks are so you can effectively avoid them.  The Genie can also create a custom diet plan and recommended workout program just for you and your goals.

• 400 blood tests - to better understand what is really going on inside your body even before you start to experience symptoms

The Health Genie knows how a medicine works, what foods can impede its ability to work, which foods amplify its affect, and also how to fend off side effects.  For example, if a side effect of a medication is depression, often supplementing with a serotonin instigator will avoid this type of side effect.  

All this information is input into a massive computer system, where it is coded based on priority and impact. As a result, the most critical recommendation always appears at the top.
